We want you to be completely satisfied with your gold-plated jewelry; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-plated orders and final sale items are ineligible for return due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the gold-plated items you wish to send back.

  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and protective box to prevent scratching or damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the plating and condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
